I offer classes and workshops to raise awareness and improve connection. Connection to oneself allows meaningful connection to others. When we use imagination, movement and touch we can get there.

Fluentbody™
Fluentbody was created by Florencia Lamarca, a dancer and somatic therapist, and has become a powerful tool for moving through life with more presence and ease.
It’s a guided movement practice that blends dance, voice, breath, and touch to help you release tension, feel more grounded, and connect with what’s really going on inside.
Sometimes soft, sometimes wild—always honest. No need to be a dancer. Just bring your body and curiosity.

FEEL GOOD YOGA
HaTalYoga started in the cursed year of 2020 in order to foster a sense of sanity, mindfulness and peace in the chaotic shit storm that we are living thru.
Whether you are experiencing pain or simply want to improve your physical and mental wellbeing, HaTalYoga is a judgment-free, friendly environment to do so.
The Practice is a mix of Yoga based exercises, mostly Vinyasa flow and Iyengar Yoga. We also play with dance and free movement, according to our mood and inspiration.

Embodiment against fascism:
From Body to Everybody
A workshop series for developing resilience, hope, motivation and peace. When personal life's inevitable difficulties are topped up by the rise of fascism, it can make us numb or overwhelmed. Embodiment practices can help. Let's cultivate the tools available for us to thrive and change the world.

Embodied touch
(The Cuddle Cultivation Workshop)
A group bodywork session, to cultivate intimacy better communication and intuition. Share touch in a mindful way: developing awareness of your body, and the bodies around you. Explore your relationship with intimacy and pleasure.

A Licence to Dance:
A Movement Cultivation Workshop.
"Free your ass and your mind will follow..." (paraphrasing Funkadelic)
Find freedom in your body and on the dance floor, cultivating the connection to yourself and others through somatic movement. (all levels)
Explore ways to release our minds and bodies from expectation and form. Allowing movement with sensitivity; liberated from thought or judgement. Finding pleasure in being with yourself, and part of a collective composition and have fun while doing it.

Keep the Human in Humanitarian
This workshop is all about helping those in humanitarian roles stay compassionate and human without burning out. We explore how to keep that sense of empathy alive while also maintaining emotional boundaries. Through embodied practices, we’ll find ways to stay open-hearted and resilient, blending vulnerability with self-protection so you can continue your work without losing that core compassion that brought you here in the first place.
